Traditional Chicken & Cheese
There’s a reason this one has been around for so long. Two ingredients, chicken and cheese, make for one scrumptious meal! “Client’s choice of chicken and cheese or just plain cheese quesadillas on traditional flour or whole wheat tortillas are a great alternative to plain grilled cheese, and perfect paired with some fresh cut veggies or fruit.
Roasted Butternut Squash & Steak Client’s choice of chili‐rubbed filet mignon or strip steak, thinly sliced and cooked to tender doneness. Combined with roasted butternut squash and sharp cheddar cheese.
Cheeseburger Can’t decide between a good ole American burger and a quesadilla for your next meal? Well, now you don’t have to! Ground sirloin, sautéed onions, Worcestershire sauce, bacon bits, ketchup and cheddar cheese make for one traditional yet unique meal!
Spanakopita Feta cheese and sliced Kalamata olives serve as the filling for Chef Angela’s unique twist on the classic quesadilla; served with chilled tzatziki sauce for dipping.”

Steak, Onion & Mushroom Traditional steak dinner in a cheesy quesadilla! Client’s choice of filet mignon or strip steak, thinly sliced and cooked to tender doneness; combined with sautéed onions & mushrooms.
Spinach & Artichoke Shredded chicken, artichoke hearts, spinach and mozzarella cheese are sandwiched between flour tortillas and grilled until golden on the outside and a gooey cheesy finish on the inside. This is a fun twist on the traditional spinach and artichoke dip. Of course, this can be made vegetarian too!
Meatball Sub Sliced homemade meatballs, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese stuffed into a quesadilla, like a perfectly wrapped present. Bonus: it’s easier to handle than a huge, messy sub sandwich.
