Traditional House SaladMixed greens, grape tomatoes, shaved carrots, cucumbers, croutons, balsamic dressing.
Tamari Pecan SaladMixed Field Greens, Tamari Pecans, Sliced Red Onion, Gorgonzola Cheese and Dried Cherries, tossed with a Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing.
Escarole SoupAlso known as Italian wedding soup, this soup was a staple in Chef Angela’s home growing up. Homemade mini meatballs, blanched escarole leaves and cannellini beans simmered in a seasoned chicken broth – great garnished with a sprinkling of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Sage Infused Butternut Squash Butternut squash, carrots, celery, onions, garlic and sweet apples are pureed together with chicken stock, simmered with fresh sage, and topped with homemade cinnamon/garlic croutons for a smooth and crunchy spoonful.

Orange/Vinaigrette SalmonBy far my most requested seafood dish! Pan-seared Salmon fillets topped with a sauce made of orange juice reduction, cilantro, chili powder, lime zest, and Italian spices) served with your choice of Wild Rice and Green Beans Almondine or Herbed Carrot/Parsnip Mash.
Balsamic Roast BeefChuck Roast is cooked low and slow in an onion, garlic, tamari, balsamic sauce until the meat is oh so tender; served with Traditional Twice Baked Potatoes and Ranch-Roasted Broccoli Florets.
Chicken Parmesan BundlesA healthy, unique twist on the old classic – chicken breasts are stuffed with a cream cheese and spinach mixture, lightly breaded and baked – not fried!- to perfection and topped with homemade tomato sauce (no added sugar) and mozzarella cheese; served with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Formaggio al Forno – A very popular side dish among Chef Angela’s clients, layers of thinly sliced zucchini, mozzarella, Fontina, Pecorino Romano cheese, fresh bread crumbs and heavy cream are baked to a cheesy, golden finish.

Oh My Chocolate Chip Cookie PieThere’s nothing like a good chocolate chip cookie…unless, of course, it’s supersized and more than an inch thick! Serve it warm, with ice cream, with syrup and with caution, because you’ll definitely want another slice!
