This menu is just a taste (pun intended!) of what the Eat Your Heart Out Edibles Catering team can cook up for you! Your final menu will be totally customized to all your dietary needs and wants, allergies, food sensitivities, etc. You can choose whatever you like from our extensive menus! Number of dishes and choices will vary based on your expected number of guests. All pricing is customized based on final menu selections and chosen level of service.
Menu Option #1 (Italian-Style):
Tomato, Basil, Mozzarella Caprese SkewersFragrant basil, juicy grape tomatoes and fresh Italian herbed mozzarella balls, delicately threaded on toothpicks, are the perfect light bite.
Spinach & Cheese Stuffed Mushroom CapsMushroom caps stuffed with a mixture of subtly seasoned bread crumbs, spinach and cheese, baked until tender and golden.
Chicken Parmesan BundlesA healthy, unique twist on the old classic – chicken breasts are stuffed with a cream cheese and spinach mixture, lightly breaded and baked (not fried!) to perfection and topped with homemade tomato sauce (no added sugar) and mozzarella cheese.
Formaggio al Forno (Italian Three Cheese Casserole) Layers of thinly sliced zucchini, mozzarella, Fontina, Pecorino Romano cheese, fresh breadcrumbs and heavy cream are baked to a cheesy, golden finish.
Standard House SaladMixed greens, grape tomatoes, shaved carrots, cucumbers, croutons, balsamic dressing.
Menu Option #2 (American/Comfort Foods)
Baked Mac & CheeseSharp white cheddar and Romano cheeses make up the creamy sauce in this decadent baked macaroni and cheese casserole – make sure to ask about Chef Angela’s low-calorie or gluten-free options!
BBQ Pulled Pork SandwichesPork shoulder is slow cooked for up to 10 hours in a smoky soda pop-spiked BBQ sauce, then shredded into the most tender pork you may ever eat!
Green Beans Almondine Tender crisp green beans with toasted almonds and simple lemon butter sauce.
Buffalo Chicken “Cups”Flaky Pastry Dough “cups” make for a tasty edible bowl, filled with classic buffalo chicken dip-style filling and baked to a gooey, puffy, golden finish.
Pigs in a BlanketMini hot dogs in a crispy pastry crust.
Menu Option #3 (Mexican-Style):
Quesadilla TrioTasty fillings sandwiched between flour tortillas (Paleo and gluten-free versions are available upon request) and grilled until golden on the outside and a gooey cheesy finish on the inside.

Mexican Chopped Salad Romaine, tomatoes, red onion, corn, black beans, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, tossed in a ranch-avocado dressing.
Mini Taco CupsSeasoned ground beef and cheese filled mini taco “cups” are topped with fresh sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce and black olives.
Menu Option #4 (Southwestern-Style):
Classic Bean/Beef ChiliLean ground beef, black beans, diced onions, garlic and tomatoes are combined with Chef Angela’s homemade chili spice blend and slow cooked to a smoky finish; upon serving, the chili is topped with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of green onions.
Creamy Chicken/Apple Chili Shredded chicken, cubed apples and corn kernels are cooked in a creamy cumin and chili powder infused sauce; pinto and white beans are added for extra protein and fiber. Upon serving, the chili is topped with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of green onions.
Corn Bread SquaresMoist, tender and delicious, a perfect match for chili!
Oven Roasted Smoked Sausage, Onions + Sharp Cheddar Cheese Smokey paprika and oregano-roasted smoked sausage rounds, cubed russet potatoes and Vidalia onions are topped with a light sprinkling of extra sharp cheddar cheese and broiled to a golden, gooey finish for a simple and delicious side dish sure to please all guests!
Fiesta Salad A popular dish of mine, sweet Jersey corn, black beans, grape tomatoes, red bell pepper, and red onion are tossed in a cilantro, oregano and red wine vinaigrette dressing with a hint of spice from fresh jalapenos!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles Genuine chocolate chip cookie dough surrounded in a milk chocolate coating. Tastes like licking the remains of the cookie dough bowl in every bite! Make sure to ask Chef Angela about her Gluten-Free option.
