Escarole Soup Also known as Italian wedding soup, this soup was a staple in Chef Angela’s home growing up. Home-made mini meatballs, blanched escarole leaves and cannellini beans simmered in a seasoned chicken broth – great garnished with a sprinkling of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
New England Clam Chowder This soup was served by Chef Angela’s Mom at their family Christmas Eve party every year, and has now made its way into the homes (and stomachs!) of many of Chef Angela’s Personal Chef Clients.
