The brunch was splendid! The delivery was on time, the hot food was hot, and the cold food was cold. The guests were full of oohs and aaahs. I laid out your business cards and they were all snatched up by the end of the shower! The spinach and cheese stuffed mushrooms, minted fruit kabobs and monkey bread muffins were favorites!

Your menu items were outstanding. All our guests raved about the food. The spinach & cheese stuffed mushroom appetizers were delicious! Our guests loved your Harvest Green Salad with butternut squash, apples, candied walnuts and goat cheese! The Pasta salad was amazing. The chicken cutlet bundles and the Italian braised pulled pork sandwiches were mouth watering. Not to mention your delicious chocolate truffles, the apple dumplings and those tasty pumpkin cheesecake shooters!!!
The presentation you set up was beautiful and there was plenty of food (and then some) to feed our guests.
Thanks again, you are a very creative chef. We loved the input you provided in helping us build a seasonal menu for our affair.
