Living in Florida and doing a baby shower for my daughter in New Jersey was a bit of a challenge, but thanks to a very lucky suggestion from a friend, the catering aspect turned out to be a great success with little to no effort on my part ~ and believe me, that’s huge!! I knew I was in good hands from the first moment I spoke with Angela, the confidence and flexibility she exuded put me right at ease. She provided exactly what I needed in both areas and with her guidance allowed me to tailor my specific needs to create a perfect menu.

She never hovered, but I always felt she was there. I never had an unanswered email or text. Her price was more than fair and the quality and presentation was over the top. The efficiency of delivery was excellent, and while I was not present for her set up, more than one person came to me and raved about the kindness and professionalism of the caterer.

I received so many compliments on the food, not only on presentation but on taste – a winning combination.

All this was topped off by a very efficient system from start to finish. I would not hesitate to enlist her services again and would highly recommend her. I only wish she serviced south Florida!!!

I cannot thank her enough for making my daughter’s baby shower a rousing success. A million thanks!

Your menu items were outstanding. All our guests raved about the food. The spinach & cheese stuffed mushroom appetizers were delicious! Our guests loved your Harvest Green Salad with butternut squash, apples, candied walnuts and goat cheese! The Pasta salad was amazing. The chicken cutlet bundles and the Italian braised pulled pork sandwiches were mouth watering.
Not to mention your delicious chocolate truffles, the apple dumplings and those tasty pumpkin cheesecake shooters!!!

The presentation you set up was beautiful and there was plenty of food (and then some) to feed our guests.

Thanks again, you are a very creative chef. We loved the input you provided in helping us build a seasonal menu for our affair.

The brunch was splendid! The delivery was on time, the hot food was hot, and the cold food was cold. The guests were full of oohs and aaahs. I laid out your business cards and they were all snatched up by the end of the shower! The spinach and cheese stuffed mushrooms, minted fruit kabobs and monkey bread muffins were favorites!
