From the first look at her sample menus and our first phone consultation, I knew chef Angela would be the perfect match as a private chef for my best friend’s bachelorette party. Angela was extremely accessible by email and phone throughout the entire planning process. While her menu options are endless, Angela was super helpful to help me narrow down on several course options based on my groups’ tastes (cheese, Mexican, healthy etc!). On the day of the event, Angela and her assistant arrived promptly with all ingredients and serving ware in hand. It was amazing to be able to socialize with the bride, my best friend, and other friends while Angela and Kelly did all the prepping, cooking and serving. Not only did the food exceed my expectations, but Angela and Kelly were a great addition to the party.. super personable and fun to chat with! To top off this wonderful experience, our kitchen was immaculate after the service and all leftovers were neatly wrapped in the fridge for the remainder of the weekend. I cannot recommend Angela/Eat Your Heart Out Edibles enough!! The food and service are beyond exceptional 😊

Hi, my name is Cre VanDenBerghe, LPC/Pilates Teacher. I recently was married and Chef Angela was the caterer for my beach wedding. Down to less than 1 month before the big date, I was searching the web for local caterers, and getting stressed. Eat your Heart Out Edibles web page came up and I instantly appreciated how much info was offered and presented on the website. So I called and left a message for Angela.

She called right back within the hour and I was left with a very optimistic feeling after our very first conversation. I had no frame of reference to give her specifically to kind of food, other than surf and turf options. She took the lead and asked me questions about what I like to eat and same for my fiance, where we are from, type of wedding, etc. Next thing I know – from our brief conversation she sends me multiple menu options via email with cute titles “East Coast Meets West Coast.”

Throughout, Angela was extremely positive, helpful, convenient and a pleasure to work with. She made the process anxiety-free and I was confident the whole time that she would not disappoint or be late! She pays attention to detail and personalized the menu to suit me and my husband’s families. I especially liked the numerous options she provided and her flexibility and willingness to please her client. She even offered her professional caterer-ware for us to use and return to her later (since we did not choose the serving option). 3 weeks later, my guests are still talking about the chicken salad/avocado cups! I would highly recommend Angela for any event and look forward to working with her again. Thanks Angela!

I had the pleasure of working with Chef Angela for a 60th birthday celebration for my husband that we hosted at my home for 30 of our closest friends and family. Chef Angela and I reviewed the “theme” for the party, which because my husband is a homebrewer, revolved around creating a menu to pair with the beer selections for the evening. What I thought would include a couple of menu suggestions, Chef Angela had many, many options and didn’t hesitate to point out that any combination from her menus could be accommodated in addition to any that I thought I may want to include but were not listed.

She left no stone unturned when it came to the party day either. Her professionalism, communication, set-up and food were all amazing. Her staff is well trained, courteous, stopped to talk with my husband and I about placement, our idea for set-up as well as provided us with instructions on how to reheat the food after they left and our party began. We received rave reviews on many of the items Chef Angela prepared for us from the shrimp shooters to the crab cakes & buffalo chicken right down to the delicious desserts she prepared for us.

Chef Angela and her team took the stress out of the meal preparation and execution which allowed me for the first time in over 20 years of hosting, an opportunity to mingle with our friends and family and enjoy the party!

I would strongly recommend you give Chef Angela the opportunity to cater your next event. You’ll be so glad you did.

I hired Angela as a personal chef for a work function that I organized in my home. She worked with us to tailor a menu that was perfect for the tempo of evening and the individual preferences of the guests. She prepared nearly all of the food within in our own kitchen.

Dinner was fantastic. Angela prepared Pumpkin Goat Cheese Quesadillas, Escarole Soup, and Maple Walnut Topped Seabass as well as other assorted deserts and aperitifs. The food was exquisite. We fully intend on using Angela again in the future for other events. I highly recommend Angela as a personal chef or caterer for any event.
