Ahh, there’s nothing like a good burger! We have burgers and patties to suit every taste – from traditional beef, to poultry, pork, seafood, vegetarian, vegan and figure-friendly, all with the option of serving on a regular bun, a lettuce leaf or a Paleo/grain-free/low carb bun.

 

Beef

Fully Loaded Burger Bowls
Calling all you carb-avoiders! I’ve come up with a whole new way to enjoy burgers without the bun. Instead, I serve all the toppings in the burger itself, for a completely new way to burger! Beef bowls are filled with bacon, sautéed mushrooms/onions, topped with cheddar cheese and oven baked, and topped with a drizzle of ranch dressing!)

Lean ground beef mixed with oregano, mozzarella cheese, sliced and diced pepperoni (or turkey pepperoni if desired) is formed into patties, oven baked, and topped with homemade pizza sauce and a sprinkling of cheese – for everyone’s favorite flavors of pizza and hamburgers combined. Serve on a bun for the kiddies and eat the burger with a knife and fork for a low-carb option for the adults!

I know the combo sounds odd, but can you really go wrong with cheese, avocado and blueberries? I think not. I use a combo of light mayo and protein packed Greek yogurt for the spread. The tangy sweetness of the mayo added to the heartiness of the meat and the saltiness of the Parmesan cheese, make for a truly heavenly flavor combo.

Raspberry Lemon Turkey Patties

Lean ground turkey is combined with lemon zest, fresh rosemary, garlic, shredded brie cheese, minced onion, and a heaping spoonful of seedless raspberry jam; the mixture is formed into patties, baked and served topped with a light spread of walnut-raspberry jam

Salmon/Quinoa Patties
Salmon, quinoa, wilted kale, shallots, garlic, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning and egg combined together and pan-seared to a golden finish, making for a light and tasty patty for just under 200 calories per patty.

Vegan BBQ Chickpea Burgers
A hearty “burger” made from garbanzo beans, garlic, onion and ground oats, topped with a tangy, vegan BBQ sauce that will satisfy everyone – (meat lovers and all!) served with client’s choice of Sweet & Spicy Roasted Sweet Potatoes OR Brussels Sprouts.

Loaded Veggie Quinoa Burgers *
A delicious blend of sautéed carrots, celery, sweet red bell pepper, cumin, coriander, garlic and fresh parsley is incorporated with quinoa, mashed chickpeas, tahini, and tamari and formed into patties and pan seared until golden. Served with a relish-mayo dipping sauce on your choice of bun – or, for a healthier alternative, between two lettuce leaves.

Lentil Chickpea Patty

No need for a meat burger when you can fill up with this yummy vegan “burger” of chickpeas, lentils, egg, mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, garlic, tomato paste, zucchini, assorted Italian herbs and whole wheat breadcrumbs; perfect served on a bun or between two lettuce leaves for a lighter alternative.
