Finnnnallly got around to preparing some awesome recipes out of the Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease cookbook that one of my fave ladies gave me @char_nolan! I made my client Tarrazan Soup and pictured here, the Oberlin Corn and Shallot Chowder…..Of course I had to add my own little touch by adding puffed corn as a garnish and for some added texture and crunch.
Let me tell you… O.M.G so GOOD! Totally fat-free, dairy-free, grain-free, gluten-free and, of course, vegetarian- and vegan-friendly.
