Whole Wheat Almond Crusted Chicken Tenders
A blend of whole wheat flour, toasted almonds and basic kid-friendly spices of salt and black pepper serve as the fiber and protein packed coating on these oven baked chicken tenders. Even Chef Angela’s pickiest child clients gobble these healthy tenders up with smiles!
Hidden Veggie Baked Mac and Cheese Traditional homestyle baked macaroni and cheese gets a whole head of vitamin-rich cauliflower pureed right into the sauce. By the time the cheese and pasta are incorporated even the most veggie suspicious eaters will have no problem clearing their plates!
Taco Bar Chef Angela prepares all the fixings for tacos so that the little ones can custom design their own tacos to their tastes! Shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole are prepared in separate containers. Clients have a choice of lightly seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken served with choice of flour or crunchy corn tortillas.
Fish Sticks Client’s choice of tilapia or cod strips, lightly coated in a mildly seasoned whole wheat bread crumb mix, and baked, not fried, to a crisp golden finish.

Quesadillas Client’s choice of chicken and cheese or just plain cheese quesadillas on traditional flour or whole wheat tortillas are a great alternative to plain grilled cheese and perfect paired with some fresh cut veggies or fruit prepared by Chef Angela.
Individual Pizzas Client’s choice of traditional, zucchini, or cauliflower pizza dough is baked in mini pizza pans and topped with home-made tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and kid’s choice of toppings.
Protein Packed Grilled Cheese A thin layer of pureed white beans and ricotta cheese is spread on one half of the bread and “hidden” under client’s choice of cheese for a fiber and protein packed sandwich.
Turkey Italian Meatloaf For a healthier alternative to ground beef, Chef Angela uses ground turkey and a generous amount of “hidden” pureed carrots for added vitamin A in her traditional style meatloaf – great for even the pickiest of eaters!
Spaghetti and Meatballs Client’s choice of traditional ground beef meatballs or leaner ground turkey meatballs are seasoned with Italian spices and whole wheat bread crumbs, and, for the ultimate “hidden” health kick, a cup of pureed butternut squash. Served with client’s choice of pasta and sauce.
Corn Dog Muffins Muffin tins are filled with a sweet Jersey cornbread filling and organic, nitrate-free hotdog pieces for a baked, not fried, alternative to corn dogs.
