So…I have gotten many requests to share some of the recipes of the dishes that I post, I am going to try to post one recipe a week. It is not that I do not want to share my dishes, but I just don’t have the time to write the recipes out! OK so the FIRST ever recipe of the week is: SPINACH IN A MUSTARD CREAM SAUCE, enjoy!! BTW: this same sauce is amazing over roasted Brussels Sprouts, especially if you omit the grainy Dijon and instead add curry powder and a few pinches of cayenne pepper!!
