This menu is just a taste (pun intended!) of what the Eat Your Heart Out Edibles Catering team can cook up for you! Your final menu will be totally customized to all your dietary needs and wants, allergies, food sensitivities, etc. You can choose whatever you like from our extensive menus! Guacamole BarBasic mashed avocado guacamole is set out with a spread of mix-ins (bacon crumbles, blue cheese, mango, crab meat, jalapenos, etc.) and different “dippers” (assorted tortilla chips, veggies and plantain chips) – so guests can create their own unique guacamole plates!! Seasonal item, check with Chef Angela for availability
Bruschetta BarToasted baguette is set out with assorted cheese spreads (Creamy Goat Cheese Spread, Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread, Mascarpone Spread) and assorted toppings (such as Roasted Chive Corn, Strawberry/Basil Salsa, Classic Tomato, Olive Tapenade, etc. – the toppings can be customized so you can choose your preferred ingredients!)
Loaded Potato BarThis table will have slow cookers full of creamy mashed potatoes and assorted toppings so guests can create their own “loaded” mashed potatoes – served in disposable martini glasses!
Appetizers
Spinach & Artichoke QuesadillasShredded chicken, artichoke hearts, spinach and mozzarella cheese are sandwiched between flour tortillas and grilled until golden on the outside and a gooey cheesy finish on the inside. This is a fun twist on the traditional spinach and artichoke dip. Of course, this can be made vegetarian too! Other filling options are available from the Quesadillas Menu.
Goldfish Crusted Chicken TendersBring out the kid in your guests! These bad boys were first offered as a kids’ meal option at a party Chef Angela catered, but after an hour all the adults devoured them. Since then, these unique chicken tenders have been making their way into appetizer parties everywhere!

Shrimp Shots Large shrimp are seasoned and roasted, then “curled” around the outside rim of a shot glass filled with a tablespoon of cocktail sauce, with a fresh sprig of parsley for garnish.

Pesto Shrimp LollipopsSkewers of lemon‐infused pesto marinated jumbo shrimp with French bread bites, baked to a finish and served chilled for the perfect savory ‘lollipop’.
Stuffed Mushroom CapsMushroom caps stuffed with a mixture of subtly seasoned bread crumbs, and your choice of filling, baked until tender and golden.

Mini Lasagna “Cupcakes”The perfect two‐bite appetizer of baked wonton “cups” filled with homemade Bolognese sauce and a ricotta and mozzarella cheese mixture, baked to a bubbly, golden perfection.
Tomato/Basil Caprese BitesFragrant basil, juicy grape tomatoes and fresh Italian herbed mozzarella balls, delicately threaded on toothpicks.
Sirloin and Herbed Goat Cheese BruschettaCrispy slices of grilled Italian bread, topped with goat cheese, slices of sirloin steak and roasted red peppers.
