Goldfish Crusted Chicken Tenders Bring out the kid in your guests! These bad boys were first offered as a kids’ meal option at a party Chef Angela catered, but after an hour all the adults devoured them. Since then, these unique chicken tenders have been making their way into appetizer parties everywhere.

Chicken Satay with a Thai Peanut Dipping Sauce
Sirloin/Herbed Goat Cheese Bruschetta Crispy slices of grilled Italian bread, topped with goat cheese, slices of sirloin steak and roasted red peppers.
Spinach/Cheese Stuffed Mushroom Caps Mushroom caps stuffed with a mixture of subtly seasoned breadcrumbs, spinach and cheese, baked until tender and golden.
Mini Crab Cakes with a Lemon-Dill Dipping Sauce Lump crab meat, parmesan cheese, mustard, red bell pepper, Ritz cracker, mayo and green onion are formed into mini patties, pan-seared to golden and finished in the oven – topped with a simple buttermilk Lemon/Dill sauce.

Cucumber Tequila/Vodka Shots Chef will teach everyone how to make edible shot glasses out of cucumbers and the shot itself it made from your choice of either vodka or tequila, cilantro, agave, lime juice and mint! Please note: we do not have a liquor license so you would need to provide all alcohol.
