Chicken Parmesan BundlesA unique and healthy alternative to traditional chicken parm! Thin sliced chicken breasts are rolled around a spinach‐cheese filling, coated in cracker “bread crumbs” and baked to a finish.
Kelly’s Mediterranean Chicken SkilletThis scrumptious, one‐skillet Paleo/dairy‐free/gluten‐free meal is to die for!! Pan‐seared chicken breast combined with sautéed Vidalia onions, garlic, sundried tomatoes, baby bello mushrooms, Kalamata olives, spinach, artichokes, oregano, parsley, and fresh torn basil leaves are finished off with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and EVOO for a full on flavor explosion in each forkful!

Choose one entrée:
Chicken Tikka Masala An Indian-inspired dish of tender pieces of bite sized chicken, cooked in a smoky garam masala, cumin, ginger and turmeric spiced tomato sauce that is finished off with yogurt and served with lots of fresh cilantro.
Lentil/Chickpea Curry Protein-packed lentil and garbanzo beans are cooked along with sautéed garlic, onions, ginger in a fragrant cardamom, cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon and curry-spiked coconut milk sauce, great for sopping up with Naan!
Salmon Bok Choy CurryFlaked salmon, garlic, onion and bok choy are cooked in a simple and tasty red curry paste-infused coconut milk based sauce.
