Your final menu will be totally customized to all your dietary needs and wants, allergies, food sensitivities, etc. You can choose whatever you like from our extensive menus! Shots, Shots, and More ShotsDecorative “shot glasses” are filled with the perfect amount of savory appetizers, sure to get the party started in your mouth at first shot!
Your choice of Fillings:
Shrimp Cocktail Shots Large shrimp are seasoned and roasted, then “curled” around the outside rim of a shot glass filled with a tablespoon of cocktail sauce, with a fresh sprig of parsley for garnish.
Shrimp Shots
Shrimp with cilantro, stuffed olives, tomatoes, garlic, jalapeno and lemon juice, served in plastic shot glasses.
Veggies and Dip Shots Shot glasses filled with a few spoonfuls of ranch dip with carrot, celery, and red bell pepper sticks served in the dip.
Hot Wing Shots Shot glasses filled with blue cheese, I add a little stick of celery or carrot, and top with the wing!
Your Choice of Sliders:
Cheese Burger Sliders OR Bacon and Horseradish sliders Ground beef sirloin burgers topped with your choice of cheese, or horseradish mayo and a crisp piece of bacon.
Pulled Pork Sliders with Tropical Slaw Pork tenderloin is slow-cooked until oh so tender, then shredded and combined with a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, piled high into slider buns and topped with a tropical slaw with toasted coconut, pineapple, cilantro and macadamia nuts for a nice crunch!
Pickle Sliders No buns here, instead deli pickles sub for the “bread” in this delicious low carb grain-free sammy! Client’s choice of turkey/cheese/mayo/tomato or ham/cheese/mayo/tomato, and bacon can be added to either option! Want a different filling? Feel free to make any request you’d like!

Mac & Cheese Bar with Toppings
Be the Hostess with the mostest and offer a mac & cheese BAR at your next party! I mean, what’s better than macaroni and cheese? NOTHING. Well except macaroni and cheese with stuff in it. Make your pub party the cheesiest with a macaroni and cheese bar.
