They were fresh, moist, and the icing was perfect…light enough not to be pasty, yet firm enough to hold together when you take a bite. Working with Angela was such a delight-she was extremely professional, helpful in decision making, and really listened to what we were trying to accomplish! Not only was I impressed with everything, but so were my guests. From the presentation, to the sampling of desserts and food dishes, we were more than pleased.
