Choose five (5) different flavors from a tasty assortment that includes traditional and specialty flavors for a customized cookie tray.

Italian Ricotta Cookies

Ricotta cheese, orange zest, walnuts, and shaved chocolate chunks are the main ingredients to this cross between a cookie and a biscuit type pastry. Each cookie is frosted with Cannoli icing and topped with shaved chocolate.
