Chef Angela eliminated all my worries

Planning my husband’s 60th Surprise Birthday Party was quite a challenge, as I was renting a house in Cape May NJ and having a family reunion with adults with special menu issues and lots of 30 somethings and grandkids, with a wide range of likes and dislikes. Contacting Chef Angela eliminated all my worries. She was responsive and addressed everything we needed, from two individual entrees of delicious salmon to a taco bar with various ingredients for all the kids and grandkids. For the adults we had a delightful and large selection of appetizers and hors d’oeuvres. Main course of short ribs were exceptional although everything was fresh and delicious. We were totally impressed. I only met Chef Angela over the phone and internet but our interaction was always pleasant and professional. Heather and her team arrived on time with everything and made our special celebration care free. The result was a relaxing evening for our family of 20, with very little time spent in the kitchen. We would highly recommend Chef Angela!

Absolutely amazing cupcakes

Absolutely Amazing!!!

This is the first year we had the Eat your Heart Out cupcakes at our fundraiser and they certainly impressed everyone! They were absolutely amazing, delicious, and beautifully decorated. We ordered large quantities of chocolate, key lime, red velvet, strawberry cream cheese, cannoli, and cookie ‘n’ cream cupcakes and you can tell that each one of them was freshly prepared with a lot of care and heart. Angela is a great chef who was able to accommodate all of our needs and was very thoughtful and personally cared about our cause. Thank you and I can’t wait to have her delicious treats at our next event!

If you are looking for a caterer, you will not be disappointed

Recently, I was preparing to give a baby shower for my daughter in law. I had no recommendations for caterers but had in my mind I wanted something “a little different” more like a cocktail party on a Sunday early afternoon. Sooooo, I went online and started reading all the different caterers and EatYourHeartOutEdibles.com caught my eye. However, I felt I needed to hear from Angela personally, so we started a dialogue by phone and I was totally in sync with her and she with me. We put together a wonderful menu and all the food she prepared was excellent. A few times, I started to panic and called her for reassurance as to my choices and she patiently reviewed my choices and assured me we were on the right track.  The rest is history. She was prompt and set it up beautifully and we had many compliments on everything.

So if you are looking for a caterer, you will not be disappointed.

Our experience with Chef Angela over the past few months has been nothing short of outstanding. She is dependable, reliable and always pleasant. She leaves our kitchen sparkling. She prepares the meals per our requests and they are always fantastic. We are proud to know Chef Angela and she should be welcomed in anyone’s kitchen.

The art of creating the perfect menu

I highly recommend Angela as a personal chef. She is very professional, takes the art of creating the perfect menu for you very seriously, and of course her food is amazing! She has cooked for us for several years now and continues to come up with new and creative dishes. Although we often request some of our favorites! You can easily tell she is doing what she was born to do.

Very happy with the meals and preparation

I’ve had everything except the soup. I saved that for last since I had a little sample when you were here. 🙂 Everything was great! I was very happy with the meals and preparation. My favorite was the chicken roll dish. Also, I loved the consistency of the “mock” rice. The turkey patty with the peanut sauce was excellent. I had one of the muffins and was pleasantly surprised as I wasn’t sure what to expect. The chicken and white beans dish was good too. Plus I stole some of the spinach and red pepper from that and put it in some scrambled eggs with the leftover parm cheese for breakfast. lol  Thanks!
