A very special bridal shower menu

When I was planning my daughter’s bridal shower I found Angela’s website and was impressed with how she presented her services. After talking to her on the phone, I was excited to work with her for our event. Angela was so personable and really worked with me to create a very special menu. Angela was very responsive during the planning process and communicated very clearly throughout. On the day of the shower, we had to deal with an unexpected problem which put us behind schedule. Angela was amazing. She stayed calm and professional and managed to have the food prepared on time with a beautiful presentation on her glass stands, beautiful dishes and even made individual food tags for each dish. We had over 50 people at the shower and each person was presented with a wonderful meal that was delicious. The shower was hectic but Angela remained poised the entire time.

We had planned that the shower would transition immediately into the bachelorette party which meant I had to leave before Angela. When I got home, the kitchen was spotless and all of our leftovers were neatly packed away. I didn’t have a thing to do. I would highly recommend Angela for whatever kind of event you are planning, she is fantastic.

Wedding Shower Desserts

“I recently tasted Angela’s desserts at a wedding shower for my sister. Amongst the table of desserts, Angela’s chocolate truffles and assortment of mini cupcakes were by far the most popular items! Her cupcakes, especially the caramel banana and cookies ‘n’ cream, were deliciously decadent without being overly sweet. Her bite size truffles were divine. From now on, Eat Your Heart Out Edibles will be my choice. Angela’s gracious and kind manner makes for pleasant business. I would definitely recommend Eat Your Heart Out Edibles for any dessert party.”

Vacation from Cooking

“We were totally impressed with Chef Angela’s level of professionalism and attention to detail. She prepared several meals for our extended family while we were on vacation this past summer. She worked closely with us to create both kid friendly meals and more sophisticated palate pleasing meals, all with a concern for cost effectiveness and individual tastes. The result was a relaxing vacation for our family of 14, with very little time spent in the kitchen. We would highly recommend Chef Angela!”

Cooking demonstration classes

“I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Angela last December at a Holiday Appetizer cooking demonstration class that she taught at the American Table in Collingswood. It was such an informative and enjoyable class that I reached out to her this Spring to setup a private cooking class in my home for a Women’s only meetup group that I organize. Chef Angela was extremely professional and responsive to my numerous emails and phone calls but what really impressed me was how flexible she was in the process of planning our event. She spent a lot of energy tailoring the class specifically to our needs and culinary interests. In addition, Chef Angela also handled a last minute request to make changes to the menu with grace and kindness and that meant a lot to the woman attending the class with special dietary needs as she was given her own separate appetizers so that she was not left out of the class entirely. The class itself was fantastic, we did a summer entertaining menu to get ready for this upcoming season of BBQs and outdoor parties. We were provided with written recipes and also got the opportunity to see each step of the process/ask questions along the way. Similar to her holiday class, we all left with a massive repertoire of tips, techniques and tricks for executing the class specific appetizers but also just great general information to use for future parties. Chef was of course very organized, punctual and left my kitchen exactly how it was before her arrival—she even took all of the trash she generated with her when she left! Lastly, what motivated me to invite her to teach a class to our group was the way that Chef Angela puts you at ease and makes food approachable for people of all cooking skill levels and most importantly it was fun —that I think is the best attribute of Chef Angela, she made everyone inspired to try all of these recipes in their own home and that’s the sign of a great Chef and a great teacher.”

Age-old, “What’s for Dinner?” question solved!

“My husband and I are both nurse executives that live in PA but commute everyday to New Brunswick, NJ, so when we arrive at home at 7pm every night the last thing I am thinking about is “what’s for dinner”! This is where Angela comes in…she has been a lifesaver for us for about 6 months now and she is truly the whole package! She makes amazing meals that meet our preferences and desires including being a great person! It is impressive how diligent she is about how she runs her business, is very conscientious of client satisfaction, easily accepts feedback, and quickly accommodates meal changes. Her desserts are amazing, highly recommend her pies, you will be the hit at the holiday family dinner if you brought one of her pies! We are so happy to have found Angela, so much so, that we will be moving to Hamilton Square, NJ and while looking for our home we asked Angela if this location would be in her driving area because the thought of losing her is something we couldn’t think about!”

Gluten-free/lactose-free meals

“Chef Angela came to us as a direct support person through Easter Seals of NJ, to help our developmentally delayed daughter learn how to cook. They make gluten free/lactose free meals together after Chef Angela assists her with her meal plan. Then we decide how many meals to freeze and what goes in them so she has them for her break at work. It helps her to plan what she eats to stay within her specific calorie count. It is a pleasure to have Chef Angela share her skills, knowledge and infectious good nature with us!”
