Christmas Eve Dinner

“I discovered Chef Angela a few years ago by way of a Gift Certificate for a week’s worth of Dinners. My family and I have been hooked ever since. I have had Chef Angela prepare a Full Christmas Eve Dinner with Desserts for visiting family. For other Holidays, I have Chef Angela just prepare desserts for the family. There was not one person who did not rave when tasting Chef Angela’s Desserts. After witnessing that these Desserts were such a hit, I had an idea. As an Owner of a Commercial Fire Alarm and Integrated Security Company, I meet clients in our office for the purpose of designing networked systems that are tailored to the customers’ needs. Instead of picking up the same old “drive thru” donuts for my potential clients’ meeting, I decided to bring Chef’s Chocolate Chip and Brownie Bites. As expected, Chef’s Desserts were a hit once again, and were a nice and easy way to break the ice with my clients.”

Nutritious restaurant-style dishes

“As a professional Heavyweight Boxer, after a day a long day at the gym, I hate coming home starved to a kitchen full of protein shakes and energy bars. It is important to me when I am in training that I am meeting all my nutritional requirements as well as sticking to my Gluten-Free, Vegan diet. Chef Annie is awesome! I love the convenience of the service she provides, and the fact that I am getting my favorite restaurant-style dishes prepared right in my own kitchen, just the way I want them. I love having my own personalized dishes ready to eat after I come home from a long day. Annie’s mock General Tso’s “chicken” is one of my favorite dishes that she prepares weekly for me. And I LOVE being able to satisfy my sweet tooth-and still eat healthy-by placing an order with Annie for her Gluten-Free, Vegan Chocolate Cake! Chef Annie is a great cook, very professional, and a real convenience in my life as a bachelor who hates to cook! Oh, and the company isn’t bad either! Take it from me, you can’t lose with Eat Your Heart Out Edibles.”

Love the heat and eat meals

“My wife and I, like so many others, are busy with our careers, volunteer work, professional and charitable organizations—and of course, our family. It’s great to be able to come home late and know that there’s a delicious meal waiting for us, ready to heat and eat, thanks to Chef Annie.”

Quality, quantity, freshness, and variety

“Angela has been cooking for our family for nearly 4 months. So far, we have been extremely pleased by the quality, quantity, freshness, and variety of the dishes she has provided. We have had other professional/personal cooks in the past, and to this point Angela’s understanding of the customer’s expectations surpass others. She takes feedback seriously and adjusts her recipes/techniques accordingly. We have a few food allergies in the family and others with a finicky palate for flavorful/healthy/fresh meals and nonetheless she has managed to please us all. We look forward to her cooking and we hope you enjoy her meals as much we have.”

New mom in-home restaurant experience

“With a newborn so young, I couldn’t take my wife out for her birthday. So a huge THANK YOU to Chef Angela of Eat Your Heart Out Edibles for bringing the restaurant to us Friday night! My wife was really surprised, the food was outstanding, and we’re continuing to enjoy the other delicious dinners she left for us!”

Well balanced dinners for busy professional

“Chef Angela Rose is a delight to work with in a catering situation. She is enthusiastic, creative and passionate about her cooking. I gave a gift certificate to one of my friends who is single. Because she is a busy professional, I asked Angela to create several single meals to be used over the course of the week. She made three different meals, each of them a well-balanced dinner. Her favorite was meatloaf, mashed potatoes and broccoli. In addition, Chef Angela catered several parties for me. One of those was my CD release party in which she prepared a beautiful spread of hors d’oeuvres and punch. She also provided a tray of her homemade desserts which were the hit of the party.”
